Safe journeys for the children of Morroco

Led by the Mobilité Club Maroc (MCM), a strong coalition of national and international partners has started work to provide a safe journey to the Rhamna Primary School in the Sidi Moumen district of Casablanca through funding made available through the FIA Road Safety Grant Programme. In the first phase, the Star Ratings for School app will be used to identify changes needed to the infrastructure around the school including reducing traffic speeds which are currently around 60km/hr or more making the walk to school for children very risky.
